Today we are visiting their vineyard beneath their tasting room overlooking Okanagan Lake in Kelowna’s Upper Mission. Summerhill’s expertise lies in traditional method sparkling wine, which we had a chance to enjoy today! We got to enjoy a bottle of bubbly the best way possible, by sabering it! This means you remove the cork with a saber, but it can also be done using anything sharp! Summerhill’s tasting room is open 7 days a week to enjoy all of their delicious wines, and their restaurant is open Tuesday through Saturday.
