Chris opened Krafty 6 years ago, and Orchard Room last summer. Chris’ menus are locally sourced and globally inspired dishes with a modern twist. When it comes to pairing dishes with drinks, Chris has Sommelier and General Manager Mia ready to help you pair your next dining experience with a rotating cocktail, wine and beer menu. You’ll experience something new each time as KRAFTY has a constantly changing menu which perfectly reflects the seasonal availability of fresh local produce, and locally sourced seafood and meats. Krafty has recently expanded the patio so there is plenty of room outside to get a tan, and enjoy a cold beverage. Our featured wine today is from Nighthawk Vineyard located in Oliver.
